The Parable of the Soils is all about how we receive God's word. Our openness to it determines how productive we will be. Check this out for some profound insights!

Matthew 12 - The King Is Challenged: Proof By Sign

February 7th, 2017

Matthew 12:38-50 "The sign of the prophet Jonah." One of the cryptic sayings of Jesus. We think we know what it means...and we're partly right. But there's another meaning in it that is more important than Yeshua's prophesy about His death, burial, and resurrection. And it has profound consequences for the leaders who are challenging Him and those who receive His words!

Matthew 11 - Receiving the King - His Expectations

December 12th, 2016

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." Yeshua is making a foundational declaration that leads us into the next chapter. Take a listen and be set free!

Matthew 11 - Rejecting the Kingdom Because Of Expectations

December 5th, 2016

After resetting the crowd's expectations about Himself and John, Yeshua now warns them that there are consequences for rejecting God's kingdom, especially if they do so because it doesn't line up with their expectations. His remarkable miracles were all that was needed to confirm His message and help the people of the north Galilee area put their trust in Him. And yet, some rejected Him and His message. This is a VERY sobering message, not only for the people of that day but also for our day!
